Brendan’s passion lies in problem-solving and making a positive impact. Outside of work, he cherishes time with his wife and four boys, often found at sports games or enjoying the outdoors. Heather serves as Office Controller, bringing extensive experience in administrative management and organizational operations. She recently earned a Human Resources Management certificate
from Cornell University, further strengthening her expertise and commitment to professional growth.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys hiking and gardening, and she loves spending quality time with her husband and dog.

With almost two decades of experience in the roofing industry, Graham brings a wealth of leadership and operational expertise to our team. His passion lies in building strong teams, solving complex problems, and creating systems that deliver consistent results. He is an endurance athlete who has completed challenges like Murph365 and Sparta300 in Greece, also volunteered and coached at SealFit for several years. Graham brings the same discipline and determination that he applies to his training to his work in roofing. Outside of roofing, Graham cherishes time with his wife, their five children, and two grandchildren.
