Driven by a desire for continuous growth and a vision to serve his community, Brendan founded Roof Source to provide exceptional roofing services in Northern Colorado and along the Front Range. With a commitment to treating every customer like family, Roof Source has grown from a small venture to a versatile company handling residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Brendan’s passion lies in problem-solving and making a positive impact. Outside of work, he cherishes time with his wife and four boys, often found at sports games or enjoying the outdoors. His advice to those seeking a roofer is to find someone who truly cares, communicates effectively, and holds all necessary certifications, ensuring a memorable and reliable experience.

Trevor, a Colorado native who was raised working in construction and has been in roofing since 2018 has been with Roof Source since 2024. Trevor has a Bachelor of Science degree, in Construction Management, from Colorado State University and has worked in both residential and commercial general construction. Whether it be shingles, architectural metal, or flat roofing, Trevor has seen and dealt with most all of it. Trevor enjoys the challenges that come with running projects big and small and is always up for another challenge. In his free time Trevor spends time with his Fiancée and their puppy, trying to be outdoors as much as possible.

Heather serves as Office Controller, bringing extensive experience in administrative management and organizational operations. She recently earned a Human Resources Management certificate
from Cornell University, further strengthening her expertise and commitment to professional growth.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys hiking and gardening, and she loves spending quality time with her husband and dog.

Born and raised in Texas, with roofing in his blood. Experience and exposure across the roofing industry, horizontally and vertically. Most experience is found in commercial roofing, but other
areas of expertise have been developed in recent years; residential roofing, new construction, sales cycles, etc. Other interests in fitness, nutrition, and the great outdoors with his wife and
friends. He has also been known to meet someone new every day!

Crystal is the Commercial Service Coordinator at Roof Source, bringing in over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. Having worked in roofing across multiple states, she offers a
broad understanding of commercial service operations, customer needs, and field coordination, along with a genuine passion for supporting people in the industry.

Crystal serves as the primary point of contact for commercial service customers, with a strong focus on clear communication, accurate scheduling, and seamless coordination from dispatch through job completion. She is known for her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to build positive, productive relationships with customers, technicians, and leadership teams.

Originally from New York, Crystal brings a strong work ethic and hands-on experience to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family—often on the sidelines of her children’s sporting events—and relaxing with her Pomeranian.
